Presented to Commonwealth Government on 9 February 2015: We, the Aboriginal Sovereign Peoples demand that the Commonwealth of Australia begins negotiations to establish a time frame for our decolonisation, through Treaties under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties with the legitimate authorised representatives of each Nation State. Grassroots Aboriginal people from New South Wales have rejected recognition in the Australian Constitution in favour of Aboriginal Sovereignty, the need for Treaties and for government to enter discussions with First Nations. According to Ghillar, Michael Anderson, the Australian Government is in a quandary over the legality of its sovereignty over Australia. Aboriginal people, on the other hand, are finding it very difficult 'to get out from under' the weight of government oppression which he likened to a German 'Reich' or regime. [node:read-more:link]

There is a grave concern that the national parliament will accept the bleeting of the racist fear mongers who run immediately to the king of racism, George Brandis, Attorney-General, to amend the Native Title Act. The Commonwealth government is now desperate to overturn the recent decision of the full bench of the Federal Court in the McGlade v Native Title Registrar case, which puts the validity of many ILUAs in doubt as not all 'named applicants’ who needed to sign an ILUA did so.

The Sovereign Union is providing information and details of rights that we have as sovereign Nations and Peoples, whose Law and culture have never been usurped and this is also held in the law of the colonisers after the High Court Mabo.(No. 2) decision. The recent Sovereign Union Proclamation: First Nations' Sovereignty dated 26 January 2017 is a clear statement of the foundation of our inherent rights in law. All Nations and Peoples are potentially self-determining and independent. Each Nation fights their own fight their way for their purposes. [node:read-more:link]

One thing that hurts and disappoints First Nations Peoples is the fact that the High Court of Australia in Mabo (No. 2) failed its judicial obligations, when they could not identify any form of legal land tenure that affirmed any type of superior land title authority. [node:read-more:link]

In a letter forwarded to the Governor-general Ghillar, Michael Anderson, urged the Governor-general to be cognisant of Australia's illegal status as a Nation State.
Ghillar stated: "The fraud that us being perpetrated against First Nations Peoples continues unabated and it is now time for all the colonial authorities to understand and accept their limitations. They must now stop continually imposing their illegitimate notions upon us. These impositions continue to try and steal our patrimony which we have, and never will give up ... [node:read-more:link]

Meet the Sovereign Union mob at the Aboriginal Embassy and march with us to Government House to deliver a Proclamation and another First Nation Declaration of Independence to the Governor-General.

• The Proclamation will focus on usurpation as genocide, which continues to this very day, only this time they call it Native Title and Recognise.
• The Declaration will declare the falsehood of the British claim of ownership over this continent.

The new Biodiversity law is tantamount to a declaration of War against First Nations Peoples. These changes will seriously impact on our Laws, culture, religion and spirituality in the State of New South Wales. The new law is deregulation in its worst form, farmers can now basically do on "their" land what they want, clearing, destroying ecosystem and shoot whatever moves. Our sites, be it archaeological campsites, burial grounds or even sacred places have lost the little bit of protection they had, no we will not even be notified, if there is no Native Title claim over the area.
