March Across the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the 6th March 2015 as a protest against Contitutional Reform and the 'Expert Panel' who make decisions with no consent. We have one common objective – this Country is ours, always was and always will be. It is time to pay up and we are coming to collect. We will not be wiped out by a deceitful 'Recognise' referendum. An exclusive 'Recognition' meeting is taking place on Monday 6th July at Kirribilli House. What Abbott and Shorten are doing with this conference is making a mockery of the diplomatic processes they espouse in Australia. It is not possible to conduct a successful plebiscite if the whole process is camouflaged and hidden from the public. Then to restrict the participation in something of this magnitude is criminal. On 6 July 2015 Tony Abbott, Bill Shorten and the selected 40 government-appointed 'Indigenous Leaders' will be meeting together at Darling Harbour Sydney to discuss advancing the referendum proposal, but the exact time and location has not been released by the organisers. "Now the Australian government realises that the objective to wipe out Aboriginal Nations and Peoples has failed and breeding the colour out did not work either, for our Aboriginality has remained a driving force within the spirit of the people". The matters relating to the Chagossian people after the UK forcibly removed them from their island homelands went before the court two days ago in London. The United Kingdom did a deal with the United States and gave them the Chagossian peoples homeland Islands so the US could build a military base. Diego Garcia, the island where most Chagossians lived appears to be the principle island used. Most Chagossians now live in Mauritius and the United Kingdom after being forcibly evicted by the British government in the late 1960s and early 1970s. [node:read-more:link]

As First Nations Peoples it is now imperative that we unite and rebuild as sovereign independent nations, in order to assert our sovereign title and rights. This will be a major political and legal fight, but it is our future for not just us, but for our children and our grandchildren. The Sovereign Union governance is made up of nominated representatives from each Nation that has made their Unilateral Declaration of Independence. These representatives come together once a year to discuss all relevant political, legal, cultural, economic and social issues that confront them. [node:read-more:link]

Organisers of the undeclared Frontier War's parade today, during the Canberra ANZAC day parade condemned the actions of the AFP for refusing to allow 200 Aboriginals and their supporters to peacefully march up ANZAC Avenue to lay a Wreath to Commemorate all those who died in wars, including those who died in the 18th, 19th, and twentieth century Frontier Wars defending their country. Ghillar Anderson said the AFP demonstrated appalling behaviour at the Frontier Wars commemoration March and that he would now seek advice in respect to whether what had happened constituted an act of racism. We can say that Aboriginal people throwing spears at the first white man was an act of sovereign Peoples in defense of their lands, territories and dominions.

If we are to examine the political legal action by the people and their spear throwing, it was a military exercise authorised by their law and customs which, in total, represented an Act of State on behalf of the People. I write this letter as a matter of urgency. Despite a national day of protest across the whole of the Australian continent on 19 March 2015 against the forced closures of Aboriginal homeland communities, the state governments have arrogantly ignored our protests and continue unabated. The mainstream media media in Australia are blacking out any attention as if the forced closures are not happening. This is a cry for help as our communities do not have the resources to stave off the Australian assault on Aboriginal Peoples and their lands. [node:read-more:link]
