The Brutal Truth - What happened in the gulf country NT

When you know who owned the stations on which Aboriginals were killed and the names of the politicians who knowingly allowed it all to happen, you also know the Who's Who of colonial Australia.

It is horrific to read, in fine detail, what was done to hundreds of innocent men, women and children. That is why some people still want this history to remain hidden.

Tony Abbott's Summit on Constitutional recognition a Pinochet or Hitler type moment for Aboriginal Peoples

This Recognise campaign is about securing the head of power to govern over Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. It is not about securing our rights or freeing us from racial discrimination. Ghillar Anderson responds to mainstream media referring to PM Tony Abbott's suggestion he would deal with any right wing opposition to First Natiions peoples in the Constitution 'with love' – a Mandella type moment. Instead Anderson calls PM Tony Abbott's Summit on Constitutional recognition with 40 Indigenous 'leaders' a Pinochet or Hitler type moment for Aboriginal Peoples. [node:read-more:link]

Police cause ugly confrontation with Aboriginal people at Canberra ANZAC Commemoration

Organisers of the undeclared Frontier War's parade today, during the Canberra ANZAC day parade condemned the actions of the AFP for refusing to allow 200 Aboriginals and their supporters to peacefully march up ANZAC Avenue to lay a Wreath to Commemorate all those who died in wars, including those who died in the 18th, 19th, and twentieth century Frontier Wars defending their country. "We, the Aboriginal Sovereign Peoples with the National Aboriginal Freedom Movement demand that the Commonwealth of Australia begins negotiations to establish a time frame for our decolonisation, through Treaties under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties with the legitimate authorised representatives of each Nation State. This will form the basis of the recovery framework for the healing from the devastation wreaked upon Aboriginal Nations and Peoples by State sanctioned genocide and gross violations of human rights. ..." Aboriginal Genocide by Apartheid Australia

Aboriginal Genocide

Apartheid and genocide are utterly evil, whether Israel’s ongoing Palestinian Genocide or Aboriginal Genocide in Australia. There is an ongoing Aboriginal Genocide and Aboriginal Ethnocide that demands international action against a pro-war, pro-Zionist, US lackey, human rights-abusing Apartheid Australia. There are huge differentials between First Nations peoples and non-Indigenous Australians in relation to life expectancy, health, wealth, employment and educational attainment. The so-called “Closing the Gap” has a long way to go in one of the richest countries in the world. [node:read-more:link]

Australian Federal Police under scrutiny

During the march, which took place behind a traditional Anzac Day parade, a scuffle broke out between protesters and members of ACT Policing, a branch of the Australian Federal Police. One officer drew his taser and gestured at one of the march leaders. [node:read-more:link]
