Time for First Nations and Peoples to pick up the pace for 'Decolonisation'

Take off the Shackles

It is time to pick up the pace for decolonisation for First Nations Peoples in Australia. We need to break away from Australia's constant lies and deceit in respect to their illegitimacy in this country. ... Our London preparatory meeting is to establish an international framework that will be spread far and wide for those First Nations Peoples who have been impacted upon by the British imperialist expansion from 14th century onwards. Overview of Treaty, Treaties, UDIs and Recognise

Australia does not have its own sovereignty. Under its British constitution all governments in Australia are caretakers in occupation and govern for the non-Aboriginal people who call themselves Australians. In point of fact Federal, State and Territory governments govern in right of the Crown of Britain. These are some of the issues that must be negotiated and settled if we are truly to unite on this island continent through Treaty/Treaties and decolonisation, and/or by way of Unilateral Declarations of Independence (UDIs). Gomeroi - Unite and Fight

Ghillar Michael Anderson says that the conflict currently being experienced in regards to the Gomeroi Native Title claim, is not so much about the Native Title claim or Gomeroi pre-existing and continuing sovereignty, and may appear to be more about personality conflicts, but underneath is a very well disguised government ploy, with government objectives, to cancel out the strong Gomeroi leadership in respect of Gomeroi sovereign cultural and legal rights. He says some things need to be put into perspective.

Absolute need to fight to assert our Sovereignty

Fighting for Land Rights

Personally, I appeal to the Gomeroi Nation to authorise a Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) and fight the governments, State and Federal, on the basis that they, in right of the Crown of England, are occupiers of our Sovereign Lands and Territories, stealing our wealth and killing our people through sheer force and the attrition of tyranny and oppression. If the Gomeroi people are going to continue to die, then let it not be by their own hands, or through depression and despair. We must die standing and fighting and not lay down and let these bastards have their own way Read more about Absolute need to fight to assert our Sovereignty

A Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) Explained

A Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) is a formal process leading to the establishment of a fully recognized state, which declares itself an independent and sovereign pre-existing state without a formal agreement with the occupying nation state, because the two have never been together. "Many people are wanting to understand UDIs," said Ghillar Anderson, "This topic will be discussed at the upcoming Gathering of Nations on 21 -22 November 2015 in Old Parliament House, Canberra. There will be opportunities for further discussion during the surrounding days at the Aboriginal Embassy. Read more about A Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI) Explained
