Other First Nations passports have been issued across Australia since then. Passports holders have had success when using them in most countries. The various passports issued around Australia can be worded differently but always express First Nation Australians sovereignty.
In 2012 the Indigenous Social Justice Association (ISJA) has been holding Aboriginal Passport ceremonies in New South Wales. On the 15 September 2012 ISJA held a 'Welcome to Aboriginal Land Passport Ceremony' and issued a passport to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, which was accepted on his behalf by his father.
