Federated Colonies of Australia – A Failed State

Cook - terra nullius

'Australia is not a nation formed under the customary international law. The Aboriginal Nations, however, were formed properly under that ancient system. Australia is an administratively formed country by the United Nations, designed to give Britain more votes in the General Assembly. In the light of Australia’s non-conformance with UN Human Rights Treaties and Conventions, it is reasonable to hold that this administrative creation of the Nation of Australia is a failure, and Australia is a true failed state'.

Veterans' acceptance of Frontier Wars march - a turning point

The success of the 2018 Anzac Day Frontier Wars March in Canberra has given great affirmation to the old adage that if you say it long enough and represent your message by physically making your presence known, people do begin to ask questions and begin to search inwardly within themselves about the truth of the message that we seek to get through to them. The wreath laying event at the cenotaph of the War Memorial caught us by surprise when many of the older veterans of the modern wars stood still as we passed and applauded our entourage.

Every symbolic colonial building in Sydney was placed upon a significant First Nations city site

Sydney City number 2

Sydney's current city is probably the largest urban system ever built from, and upon, an existing city framework and it was built in an unholy silence. So says Sydney based Peter Myers who was an architect on the design team of Jørn Utzon's famous Sydney Opera House at Bennelong Point.
Myers research was triggered in 1991 when a section of a lime plaster cornice collapsed on his c1853 Blacket villa - this led him to, maybe, the First Fleet's best-kept secret.

From the top down - British/Australian genocide and land grab

The British/Australian genocide, slavery and their brutality of colonisation must be understood before our people become so eager to jump into bed with their colonialists in a Treaty process. Never let it be said that that was in the past. Britain is such a great force and is a specialist in psychological warfare and wrote the book on how to divide and conquer people promising everything and giving them nothing. Because the colonialists control the parliaments, the wording has created a legal system that no longer exists in the legal system of England - that is, 'feudalism'.

A Statement from the Bush 'Songlines can bring us Home'

Ghillar, Michael Anderson provides an insight into a viable pathway going forward:
At the Referendum Council's National Convention, the line was drawn in the sand. There are no objections to those who want to be absorbed into our oppressor's society. For us who seek to stand and fight, then we must set our sights on looking at the details of how we develop ourselves as self-determining Nations and Peoples, being guided by international legal norms, whilst living next door to our oppressor.

The NSW Biodiversity legislation direct assault on Aboriginal culture, spirituality

The NSW Biodiversity legislation direct assault on Aboriginal culture, spirituality

The new Biodiversity law is tantamount to a declaration of War against First Nations Peoples. These changes will seriously impact on our Laws, culture, religion and spirituality in the State of New South Wales. The new law is deregulation in its worst form, farmers can now basically do on "their" land what they want, clearing, destroying ecosystem and shoot whatever moves. Our sites, be it archaeological campsites, burial grounds or even sacred places have lost the little bit of protection they had, no we will not even be notified, if there is no Native Title claim over the area.
