Gross Abuse

The Australian Government presents to its own citizens and to the United Nations, that the land purchased by the ILC (Indigenous Land Corporation) would belong to the “Indigenous Estate”, what implied that this land bought by taxpayers’ money is actually owned by Aboriginal People, when in fact the government continues to own the land. “The Indigenous Land Corporation assists Indigenous Australians to acquire land and to manage Aboriginal held land so as to provide economic, environmental, social or cultural benefits.” states the official website of the Australian Government.

This Recognise campaign is about securing the head of power to govern over Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. It is not about securing our rights or freeing us from racial discrimination. Ghillar Anderson responds to mainstream media referring to PM Tony Abbott's suggestion he would deal with any right wing opposition to First Natiions peoples in the Constitution 'with love' – a Mandella type moment. Instead Anderson calls PM Tony Abbott's Summit on Constitutional recognition with 40 Indigenous 'leaders' a Pinochet or Hitler type moment for Aboriginal Peoples.

March Across the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the 6th March 2015 as a protest against Contitutional Reform and the 'Expert Panel' who make decisions with no consent. We have one common objective – this Country is ours, always was and always will be. It is time to pay up and we are coming to collect. We will not be wiped out by a deceitful 'Recognise' referendum. We are now rebuilding our pre-existing nationhood. They know it and they fear it. This is what they don't tell the public.

An exclusive 'Recognition' meeting is taking place on Monday 6th July at Kirribilli House. What Abbott and Shorten are doing with this conference is making a mockery of the diplomatic processes they espouse in Australia. It is not possible to conduct a successful plebiscite if the whole process is camouflaged and hidden from the public. Then to restrict the participation in something of this magnitude is criminal. We expect this in countries where people are governed by dictators, but then are Australians really comfortable with the Abbott government's governance?

On 6 July 2015 Tony Abbott, Bill Shorten and the selected 40 government-appointed 'Indigenous Leaders' will be meeting together at Darling Harbour Sydney to discuss advancing the referendum proposal, but the exact time and location has not been released by the organisers. "Now the Australian government realises that the objective to wipe out Aboriginal Nations and Peoples has failed and breeding the colour out did not work either, for our Aboriginality has remained a driving force within the spirit of the people". Ghillar Anderson said in a Media Release.

Organisers of the undeclared Frontier War's parade today, during the Canberra ANZAC day parade condemned the actions of the AFP for refusing to allow 200 Aboriginals and their supporters to peacefully march up ANZAC Avenue to lay a Wreath to Commemorate all those who died in wars, including those who died in the 18th, 19th, and twentieth century Frontier Wars defending their country. Ghillar Anderson said the AFP demonstrated appalling behaviour at the Frontier Wars commemoration March and that he would now seek advice in respect to whether what had happened constituted an act of racism.

'Ghillar' Michael Anderson said the Frontier Wars, in which thousands of Aboriginal men and women died defending their traditional lands against European invaders, was much more than an act of aggression. It was "mass murder" and of "war" which deserves to be remembered. "This is a long way from being called a protest," he told New Matilda. "It is a calling for people never to forget what happened here in Australia." He says for too long, ANZAC Day has been about "white Australia, not about Aboriginal Australians".

The momentum is building for the global day of action on Thursday 19 March 2015 against the forced closure of homeland communities. Protests and marches are being held across Australia at: Roebourne, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Derby, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, One Arm Point, Beagle Bay, Port Hedland, Perth, Bellingen, Lismore, Canberra, Nigel Scullion's office in Alice Springs,Yarrabah, Adelaide, Sydney, Redfern Tent Embassy, Bendigo, Melbourne, Launceston and a virtual protest.

Tony Abbott, self-styled 'Prime Minister for Indigenous Australia' demonstrate the voice and opinion of a tyrant. The racist comments by him in response to First Nations opposition to being forcibly removed form their lands resonates in the most negative of ways. We all know that the WA government and Tony Abbott seek to clear the interior land mass of any and every resisting Aboriginal person, so they don't have to deal with Land Rights issues, water rights issues and environmental issues.

'Day One' of the Sit-in was successful in gaining world attention, due to the government 'spill' being moved forward by a day. The Aboriginal Sovereign Manifesto of Demands was delivered in person to both sides of the Commonwealth Government.
The Manifesto begins with:
"We, the Aboriginal Sovereign Peoples with the National Aboriginal Freedom Movement demand that the Commonwealth of Australia begins negotiations to establish a time frame for our decolonisation, through Treaties under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties with the legitimate authorised representatives of each Nation State. This will form the basis of the recovery framework for the healing from the devastation wreaked upon Aboriginal Nations and Peoples by State sanctioned genocide and gross violations of human rights. ..."
