'Ghillar' Michael Anderson said the Frontier Wars, in which thousands of Aboriginal men and women died defending their traditional lands against European invaders, was much more than an act of aggression. It was "mass murder" and of "war" which deserves to be remembered. "This is a long way from being called a protest," he told New Matilda. "It is a calling for people never to forget what happened here in Australia." He says for too long, ANZAC Day has been about "white Australia, not about Aboriginal Australians".

The 'Recognise' proposal that is being floated now re constitutional recognition is an attempt to outrightly steal the Aboriginal Peoples and Torres Strait Islanders' sovereignty and patrimony without the truth being told. 'I have said it once, I have said it many times and I will say it again: The Commonwealth government of Australia does not have the constitutional right to pass laws for the Aboriginal Peoples and Torres Strait Islanders of this country, as though we are citizens,' Michael (Ghillar) Anderson stated

We can say that Aboriginal people throwing spears at the first white man was an act of sovereign Peoples in defense of their lands, territories and dominions.

If we are to examine the political legal action by the people and their spear throwing, it was a military exercise authorised by their law and customs which, in total, represented an Act of State on behalf of the People. They were exercising their sovereign right to defend what was theirs.

I write this letter as a matter of urgency. Despite a national day of protest across the whole of the Australian continent on 19 March 2015 against the forced closures of Aboriginal homeland communities, the state governments have arrogantly ignored our protests and continue unabated. The mainstream media media in Australia are blacking out any attention as if the forced closures are not happening. This is a cry for help as our communities do not have the resources to stave off the Australian assault on Aboriginal Peoples and their lands.

The momentum is building for the global day of action on Thursday 19 March 2015 against the forced closure of homeland communities. Protests and marches are being held across Australia at: Roebourne, Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek, Derby, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, One Arm Point, Beagle Bay, Port Hedland, Perth, Bellingen, Lismore, Canberra, Nigel Scullion's office in Alice Springs,Yarrabah, Adelaide, Sydney, Redfern Tent Embassy, Bendigo, Melbourne, Launceston and a virtual protest.

Tony Abbott, self-styled 'Prime Minister for Indigenous Australia' demonstrate the voice and opinion of a tyrant. The racist comments by him in response to First Nations opposition to being forcibly removed form their lands resonates in the most negative of ways. We all know that the WA government and Tony Abbott seek to clear the interior land mass of any and every resisting Aboriginal person, so they don't have to deal with Land Rights issues, water rights issues and environmental issues.

As the appointed Ambassador of the original Aboriginal Embassy, the Convenor of the Sovereign Union and Head of State, Euahlayi Peoples Republic, I herewith bring to your attention the humanitarian crisis that has now developed in the state of Western Australia. This crisis is a consequence of the Western Australian government's policy of shutting down up to 150 Aboriginal homelands and communities, which they have wrongly stated to be financially 'unsustainable' and economically unviable. We regard these actions as an an act of war and aggression against the various tribal Nations in Western Australia.

It is very clear that the members of the Australian government are themselves desperate to hold onto power in order to maintain their dominance over First Nations people, while at the same time knowing that their time is limited, because 'Our Peoples' do realise that what was done during the colonial period and up to the modern day was done by deceit and by fraud. Their colonial courts said that we are, and were, British subjects and now Australian subjects ... if so, why are denied equal rights.

After 227 years of military occupation by the British, we have reached a highly significant position in our history. The invaders never thought the day would come when Aboriginal Nations and Peoples would be such a powerful force in the Australian politics. We must understand that, as affirmed by the High Court Mabo (No. 2) judgment, our ancient cultures and Laws have survived British sovereignty and remain the Law of the Land, as they have never been ceded. We are now challenging more than ever the power and authority of the colonial governments.
