... You can start by prosecuting those black abo, useless, drag on OUR Australian economy, grub eating mongrels. From the second letter of Max Milton Macalister esquire
The following letter was sent to Sovereign Union by 'Max Milton Macalister esquire', who professes to be a direct line descendant of the scottish Angus Macalister family known for their involvement in many massacres in Gippsland, South Eastern Victoria. Although not clearly stated, It appears that he is referring to the "Victoria's silent shame" article written by the Managing Editor of Tracker, Chris Monro, a Gamilaraay man. and published by Tracker Magazine and republished by Sovereign Union in July 2013.
Our Sub Editor has punctuated and changed the case of the letter (All in Capitals) for easy reading, but the original letter unedited is printed below for reference or corrections.
Ghillar Michael Anderson, the convenor of Sovereign Union wrote a brief note to Max Milton Macalister esquire. This note, along with Max Milton Macalister esquire's reply, are also included below the letter.

Max Milton MacAlister Esq Nov 2012
I am a direct descendant of the Macalisters of Gippsland, born 2 December, 1935. I run Clan Macalister here in Australia, and have been doing and engaged in my ancestors history and genealogy for the past 55 years.
I also have matriculated Macalister arms, am a member of the Port Phillp Pioneers, as well as the Armorial and Heraldry society of Australasia, and a Scottish Knight Templar.
Now the true facts of the Warrigul Creek shootings are these, and you can tell Munro to pull his empty head in for all I care.
The authentic Australian libraries and historical organisations are fully aware of the information and true facts and events of the exploration and discovery of Gippsland in 1840 by my ancestors that I have been supplying to them over the past 50 odd years or so.
It was not a Donald Macalister that was speared at brewry bridge, Alberton about 1/2 a kilometre out of Port Albert in july 1843, it was Ranald sometimes misquoted as Ronald Macalister, the youngest brother of Capt Lachlan Macalister who by the way was accepted by Governor Lachlan Macquarrie as being the true discoverer of Gippsland ... Not Angus McMillan or the european claim jumper Count Strezleckie. McMillan was employed by Lachlan Macalister at his property called "Clifton", at Picton, NSW, which land joined the Macarthurs of Camden then called the cow pastures, and to whom Laclan Macalister was a close friend and associate as well as his two sons.
Ranald Macalister was the manager for his brother at "Boisdale" property and rode down to Port Albert where my ancestors had a supply hut there to replenish supplies which had run low. On Arriving Ranal found several abos (thats what they are) inside the hut, and evidently had been given some spirits to drink by a ticket of leave man (a convict) who was employed by Lachlan to look after the store.
The abos would not leave the hut when asked by Ranald and he did what I would surely have also done if I was there in that time period, he got a shovel full of fire embers and threw it on the dirt floor, whereupon the abos did a bit of a corroboree and skirted out the door.
Being The sly blackies that they are, they waited for Ranald to return back to "Boisdale" before sunset, and a short distance out of Port Albert, ambushed him and speared him and killed him with waddies.
Ranalds blood stained horse made it back to "Boisdale" just on sunset minus its rider.
Darkness had fallen and it was too late to send out a search party then, but first thing the next morning at 5:00am a party went searching for him. What the party found was a bit of a shock and this infuriated the Scottish highlanders as this type of thing brought back memories of the butchery after Culloden back in Scotland. The abos had cut out his kidney fat, as evidently this was a prize piece of meat and a change from water rats, goannas, snakes, lizards, wombats and witchery grubs.
They also cut off both his hands as these were found worn around the neck of one of the abos shot when the so called "Gippsland Brigade" caught up with them at Warrigul Creek, as all the abos had hightailed it into the scrub.
This Posse was led by Lachlan Macalister, and contained Dr. Alexander Arbuckle, Matthew Macalister, Thomas Mewburn Macalister, Colin Macalister, Angus McMillan and several Scottish Isle of Skye Pioneer settlers.
Ronalds blood stained Macalister's Tartan shirt was also recovered off another abo shot. These items were recovered and sprinkled with pepper and wrapped in brown paper.
Ranalds remains, or what was left of them, as the wild pigs had been having a nore at his remains overnight, had been hastily buried on the side of the track about opposite where the Rev Parson Willoughby Bean build his cottage a few years later. Ranalds remains were dug up and taken by boat up the river to what was to become the Alberton cemetery.
This was the only means of entrance into the cemetery during those years of the 1840's. It is now in our present day and age, at the back end of the cemetery. Some very early whalers had been buried in here in the 1830's, as well as 5 other known people at that time. I have had a stone cairn erected to commemorate Ranald`s death as his original burial site was lost about 1912 or so when a bush fire went through that area of this large very deep, in length, cemetery.
In conclusion, this ambush and mutilation of Ranald Macalister was the final straw as far as the Scottish pioneers were concerned as they had been putting up with the spearing of their cattle and several white settlers had also been murdered beforehand.
Evidently, there were no more murders of white settlers after this Warrigul Creek event.

Comments sent to Max Milton Macalister esquire by Michael Anderson, a spokesperson for Sovereign Union.
How interesting. Thank you for that correction, now we know who to prosecute for murder.
No person or persons in this world, modern or past, has the right to take the law into their own hands and conduct punitive expeditions just to kill people. Right or wrong, there is just NO excuse.
Your obvious Racism is scary for many, considering your comments that if you were there you would have done the same.
Your Beef with Mr Munro is your business. But for the many readers of our website, your correction in history gives us the correct insight into what we have been telling people all these years. Thanks for that.
Oh by the way, what is also interesting is the fact that you speak of the secret society within Australia of the Racist Knights Templars and their association with the Australia Day event ... Things people say!

Spokesperson for Sovereign Union

The letter as it appeared when sent to the Sovereign Union website through the site contact form on 3 February, 2014:
* To readers outside Australia: The word 'abo' is a derogatory term that was extensively used when referring the First Nations peoples of Australia by the British invaders and their descendants. It probably became derogatory because of the devaluing way non-Indigenous stated the word.
